Talking birds are not unheard of,but ever heard of a talking elephant?this talking elephant is not a figment of imagination.a 23-years-old male Asian elephant (elephas maximus)name koshik,housed at the Samsung ever land Zoo in south Korea.apparently has the unique ability to imitate human speech.the elephant's imitation of the human speech matches Korean formants and fundamental frequency in such detail that speakers of the korean language can readily understand and transcribe the imitations.this elephant is capable of producing sounds that seems like five korean words-"annyong(hello)", "anja(sit down)","aniya(no)","nuo(lie down)", and "choah(good)".
